Welcome to Terrafy. By downloading or playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The game

Terrafy is a farming-simulation game for entertainment. The "land", "coins", "crops", and all other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value, are not real property, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for cash or anything of value outside the game.

2. Your account

An anonymous account is created for you automatically to save progress. You are responsible for the device you play on. Since accounts are tied to your installation, uninstalling the App or losing your device may result in loss of progress.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with the game's economy, servers, or data.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or keys, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment or with our infrastructure.

We may suspend or reset accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual items & purchases

Any in-game currency and items are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the game and are non-refundable except as required by law or the App Store's policies. We may adjust, balance, or remove virtual items as we develop the game.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its artwork, text, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the App.

6. Availability & changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will always be preserved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or game progress, arising from your use of the App.

9. Apple

The App is made available through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. These Terms are between you and us.
